All of our offices will be closed Thursday, November 26, in observance of Thanksgiving. Our Reynoldsburg branch will also be closed Saturday, November 28. Our Gahanna and Whitehall offices will be open that day as usual from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

The lobby at our Reynoldsburg branch is currently closed. We will be happy to assist you in the drive thru and in branch by appointment only.; please call 614.863.3096 to make an appointment. The lobbies at our Gahanna and Whitehall offices remain open at this time. A face mask or covering is required to enter any of our branches. If you choose not to wear a mask, we will be happy to assist you in the drive thru or by phone.

In accordance with the Ohio Department of Health and local government orders mandating face coverings, a face mask or covering is required to enter any of our branches. If you choose not to wear a mask, we will be happy to assist you in the drive thru or by phone.

The lobbies at our Gahanna, Whitehall and Reynoldsburg office are now open. Our DSCC and DFAS branches remain closed at this time.

You will notice a few changes in our lobbies to safeguard the health and safety of our members and staff:                            

  • Protective plexiglass shields have been installed at all teller and receptionists stations.
  • Face masks are optional for members. For your security, if you are wearing a mask we may ask you to briefly lower it so we may identify you.
  • Floors are marked to help everyone maintain appropriate social distancing. If lobbies become crowded, you may be asked to wait outside until others complete their transactions.
  • Please limit your time in the branch and keep the number of people accompanying you to a minimum.
  • Hand sanitizer is available for your convenience.
  • Please do not visit the branch it you do not feel well.
We encourage you to continue using our virtual channels, such as online and mobile banking, bill pay and remote deposit as much as possible.

We are planning a phased-in approach to reopening our branch lobbies. Our Gahanna, Reynoldsburg and Whitehall lobbies will open in the next couple of weeks, while our DSCC and DFAS branches will open at a later date. In the meantime, we continue to serve members through the drive thru lanes at Gahanna, Reynoldsburg and Whitehall; online; by phone; and in-branch by appointment only.

As members await the arrival of their economic stimulus checks, we are experiencing a high volume of both phone calls and activity on MetroWeb and MetroWeb Mobile. You may experience longer than normal wait times and/or problems accessing your account online as a result. We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience as we work to restore service to normal levels.

You can check the status of your economic stimulus check at https://www.irs.gov/coronavirus/get-my-payment. The official site from the IRS is the only way to accurately determine how and when you will receive your economic stimulus payment. You can also use the site to provide the IRS with your direct deposit information if it is not on file already.

Please be aware that the IRS is sending direct deposits based on information provided with a 2018 or 2019 tax return, and that information may be outdated. If a deposit comes in for a closed account or with an invalid account number, we will do everything we can to post that deposit to your current Columbus Metro account. However, we cannot post deposits unless all of the payees are account owners at the time the deposit is received. If that is not the case, the funds will be placed on hold. If your stimulus direct deposit is on hold, please call member services at 614.239.0210 ext. 3404 for more information.

At Columbus Metro, our top priority continues to be the health and wellness of our members, our staff and the communities we serve. We are all in this together.
 
We know that the services that we provide are essential, and we are committed to serving our members while preventing the spread of COVID-19. To that end, we are currently assisting members through the drive thru lanes at our Gahanna, Reynoldsburg and Whitehall offices; by phone; and in-branch by appointment.
 
Our staff is going above and beyond in these challenging times, and we’re taking extra precautions to protect them. In addition to closing our lobbies, we are adjusting schedules and rotating staff to reduce the number of individuals in our offices at any given time.
 
We know that this is a difficult and uncertain time for everyone, and that many of our members are feeling the financial effects of this crisis. Given the CDC and government recommendations on slowing the spread of the COVID-19 outbreak, Columbus Metro has made the decision to close our branch lobbies effective Saturday, March 21.

We will still be here to serve you in the drive thru lanes at our Gahanna, Reynoldsburg and Whitehall branches; by phone; and in branch by appointment only. Our DSCC and DFAS branches are closed at this time.

Monday - Thursday 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Saturday 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

At Columbus Metro FCU, protecting the health and safety of our members and employees is our top priority at this time. We are closely monitoring the spread of Coronavirus and following guidance from public health experts and national, state and local governments.
 
We have implemented precautionary measures at our branches including: extra daily cleaning; making supplies available for employees to sanitize workstations throughout the day; and supplying latex gloves for employees who handle cash.
 
While the chances of a relatively healthy person getting the virus are still very, very low, we strongly encourage you to take advantage of the drive thru lanes at our branches as well as our convenient self-service options for the time being.

You can refer almost anyone, as long as they live, work, worship or attend school in Franklin County. And there's no limit on the number of people you can refer. The more referrals you make, the more you can earn!
