is convenient, easy and secure. Best of all, Bill Pay is free
and available to members with a Metro checking
account and MetroWeb account access.
With MetroWeb Bill Pay:

You can pay anyone, anytime, from anywhere.

Payment history is automatically collected for your records.

You choose the date you want your payment to be made
up to one year in advance.

You can schedule one-time or recurring payments.

You can edit or delete scheduled payments any time before a
payment is processed.
Your privacy is assured
MetroWeb Bill Pay is accessed through the Internet using state-of-the-art
security. All data transmitted between during your bill pay session
is automatically encrypted using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology,
ensuring the safety of your personal financial information. In addition,
the confidentiality of your account is protected at all times since
only you know your user ID and password. You can change your password
or your user ID during any bill pay session.
Behind the scenes, there is an extra layer of security working
to protect your account. This system takes into account factors
such as the type of transactions you ordinarily perform, the computer(s)
you typically use to access your account, and the security settings
on those computers. When you first log on to bill pay, you will
be asked to provide answers to three randomly selected security,
or challenge, questions. If at any time we need to verify your identity
because unusual or uncharacteristic behavior is detected, we will
ask you to answer one or more of these questions. So be sure to
enter your answers carefully and supply exactly the same answer
as you did during setup. We may periodically ask you to update your
questions and answers.

If a properly scheduled payment isn't posted on time, we'll see
that late fees and finance charges are removed by the merchant,
or we'll pay them.*

Getting started
Using MetroWeb Bill Pay is easy. If you have a Metro checking account
and use MetroWeb, simply:

Complete a MetroWeb Bill Pay application
and return it to the credit union (you can fax it, mail it or
drop it off at any of our offices).

In one to two business days, you'll receive a confirmation
email with instructions for logging on (be sure your spam blocker
will allow you to receive email from columbusmetro.org).
- Log on, click and pay!
